MultiBiz Ledger believes business owners, bookkeepers, accountants, and other authorized users should be able to access and organize their financial records regardless of disability or assistive technology.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of the design, development, testing, and improvement of MultiBiz Ledger.

We aim to make MultiBiz Ledger reasonably conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical.

This is a continuing goal rather than a representation that every page, document, integration, or feature will be completely accessible at all times.

Our accessibility work may include improving:

The current MultiBiz Ledger accessibility page already identifies keyboard, screen-reader, assistive-technology, and reduced-motion support as goals.

Some bookkeeping information is naturally visual, including charts, graphs, financial trends, status indicators, and transaction summaries.

Where reasonably practicable, we aim to provide corresponding labels, text values, tables, summaries, or other alternatives so important financial information is not communicated by color or visual presentation alone.

MultiBiz Ledger allows users to upload documents created outside of our Service.

We cannot guarantee the accessibility of every third-party PDF, receipt, statement, spreadsheet, image, or other file uploaded by a user.

OCR-generated information may help convert some document information into structured text, but OCR should not be considered an accessibility guarantee.

We work to improve the accessibility of reports and exported information.

Some downloadable formats or third-party generated files may have accessibility limitations.

If you experience difficulty accessing information contained in a MultiBiz Ledger-generated report, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information in another usable format.

Some MultiBiz Ledger functionality depends on third-party providers, including financial connectivity, payment systems, document-processing tools, authentication tools, and other integrations.

Accessibility of a third-party interface may be partly controlled by that provider.

We encourage our providers to maintain accessible experiences and will consider accessibility when evaluating major service providers.

MultiBiz Ledger is an evolving software platform.

As new features are introduced, we intend to continue reviewing accessibility across important workflows such as: business setup, transaction management, document upload, receipt processing, financial connections, reports, settings, subscriptions, and account management.

Accessibility improvements may be incorporated into regular product development rather than treated as a one-time project.
