Is MultiBiz a CPA firm or tax preparer?
No. MultiBiz is a bookkeeping organization platform. Reports are designed to be reviewed by a licensed accountant or CPA before use.
Can I manage more than one business in a single account?
Yes - that's the point. Every business gets its own workspace, categories, documents, and reports, all under one account.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
You'll be prompted to upgrade or purchase an add-on. Existing records are never deleted for being over-limit.
Can I invite my bookkeeper or CPA?
Yes. Role-based access lets you invite teammates or professionals to specific businesses or your entire account.
How is my data protected?
Records are stored per-user with database policies scoping access to authenticated users and their business memberships. See the Security page for details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Reports export to PDF, CSV, and Excel, and you can download documents from the vault at any time.
