1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MultiBiz Ledger, including the MultiBiz Ledger website, web application, mobile or progressive web application, dashboards, business workspaces, document tools, financial-data features, reports, subscription features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
MultiBiz Ledger is operated by Ullumi Resolutia Enterprise, LLC, referred to in these Terms as "MultiBiz Ledger," "UR Enterprise," "we," "us," or "our."
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting a financial account, inviting another user, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using MultiBiz Ledger on behalf of a company, nonprofit organization, client, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. What MultiBiz Ledger Is

Depending on your subscription and available features, MultiBiz Ledger may allow you to:

- extract information from documents using optical character recognition ("OCR");
- import or synchronize authorized financial-account information;
- categorize or suggest categories for transactions;
- match receipts or other records with transactions;
- organize unresolved, missing-receipt, or uncategorized items;
- create dashboards, financial summaries, charts, and bookkeeping reports;
- export records and reports;
- prepare organized records for bookkeepers, accountants, tax professionals, or CPAs;
- invite authorized users and assign workspace roles; and
- use other bookkeeping and organizational functionality that we make available.
Features vary by plan and may change as the Service develops.
3. MultiBiz Ledger Is Not an Accounting Firm
MultiBiz Ledger provides software and organizational tools.
MultiBiz Ledger is not a CPA firm, accounting firm, tax preparation service, law firm, bank, financial institution, investment adviser, or financial adviser.
Information, categorizations, financial summaries, reports, suggestions, automated calculations, OCR results, educational materials, and other output produced through the Service are provided for organizational and informational purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, investment, payroll, compliance, or financial advice.
You remain responsible for reviewing your financial records and determining whether information within MultiBiz Ledger is complete and accurate before relying on it or providing it to a bookkeeper, CPA, tax preparer, lender, auditor, government agency, or other third party.
4. Accounts and Account Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information current.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- protecting devices used to access your account;
- using appropriate security controls;
- reviewing activity within your account;
- ensuring invited users are authorized to access the applicable business; and
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share a personal login with another person when separate user accounts or seats are required by your plan.
We may require additional identity, email, security, or account verification when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or its users.
5. Business Workspaces and User Roles
MultiBiz Ledger may allow an account owner to create multiple business workspaces and invite other users.
Available roles may include Owner, Admin, Bookkeeper, Viewer/Accountant, or similar roles.
The person or organization controlling a workspace is responsible for deciding:
- who receives access;
- what role each person receives;
- whether that person remains authorized;
- when access should be removed; and
- whether the user has permission to view or process the financial information contained within the workspace.
Access to particular actions or information may depend on both the user's role and the features included in the applicable subscription.
You are responsible for activity performed by users you authorize, except to the extent caused by a failure of MultiBiz Ledger's own systems or security obligations.
6. Your Financial and Business Data
You retain ownership of the business records, receipts, documents, transaction data, notes, categories, reports, and other information you provide to MultiBiz Ledger ("User Content").
You grant us a limited right to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, convert, transmit, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- operate the Service;
- provide requested features;
- generate reports and calculations;
- perform document processing and OCR;
- connect authorized third-party services;
- back up and secure the Service;
- troubleshoot technical problems;
- prevent fraud or abuse; and
- comply with applicable law.
We do not obtain ownership of your accounting records or business documents merely because you store them in MultiBiz Ledger.
7. Financial Account Connections
Where available, MultiBiz Ledger may allow you to connect eligible bank or financial accounts through Stripe Financial Connections or another authorized financial-data provider.
Financial Connections is designed to provide data that a user has authorized, which can include transaction information, balances, ownership information, and other supported account information.
MultiBiz Ledger does not intentionally collect or store your online-banking username and password as part of the normal Financial Connections authentication process.
You control whether to connect a financial account.
You may disconnect an eligible financial connection, although previously imported records that have already become part of your bookkeeping records may remain within MultiBiz Ledger until you delete them or your retention obligations otherwise end.
Stripe also provides mechanisms for disconnecting Financial Connections accounts and revoking future data refresh access.
Financial institution availability and data quality are controlled in part by the applicable institution and third-party connectivity provider. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to every financial institution or that third-party financial information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
8. OCR, Automation, Categorization and Suggested Matches
MultiBiz Ledger may use OCR, rules, algorithms, or other automated processes to assist with:
- extracting data from receipts or statements;
- identifying merchants;
- identifying transaction dates or amounts;
- suggesting bookkeeping categories;
- identifying potential duplicate records;
- matching receipts and transactions; and
- generating financial summaries.
Automated results may be inaccurate.
You are responsible for reviewing automated results before treating them as finalized financial records.
A suggested category, match, classification, or report should not be interpreted as professional accounting advice.
9. Subscriptions and Plan Limits
MultiBiz Ledger may offer free and paid subscription plans.
Features, storage, OCR usage, business profiles, user seats, financial connections, reporting capabilities, export options, and other entitlements may differ by plan.
The features and prices presented on the MultiBiz Ledger Pricing page at the time of purchase form part of your subscription agreement.
We may change plans, pricing, or available features prospectively. If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide notice when required or reasonably appropriate.
Your subscription does not authorize you to bypass technical limits, plan entitlements, seat restrictions, storage limits, or usage controls.
10. Payment Processing and Creem
Paid subscriptions may be processed through Creem or another payment or Merchant-of-Record provider designated by MultiBiz Ledger.
When Creem acts as Merchant of Record, Creem is the legal seller for the payment transaction and may process subscription payments, taxes, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and related billing information.
Your use of the payment provider's checkout or customer portal may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
MultiBiz Ledger does not require or intend to store complete payment-card numbers when payment information is collected directly by our authorized payment provider.
11. Renewals and Cancellation
Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval until canceled.
You may cancel an eligible subscription through the available billing or customer portal or by following the cancellation method provided by MultiBiz Ledger.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for charges already incurred.
Creem currently provides customer subscription-management tools that can include cancellation and billing management.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
12. Acceptable Use
You may not use MultiBiz Ledger to:
- violate any law or regulation;
- access another person's or business's financial information without authorization;
- impersonate another person;
- submit fraudulent or intentionally misleading financial information;
- upload malicious code;
- attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, usage limits, or security controls;
- probe or interfere with the security of the Service;
- reverse engineer the Service except where expressly permitted by law;
- use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts the Service;
- resell access unless expressly authorized; or
- use MultiBiz Ledger to facilitate fraud, money laundering, theft, tax evasion, or other unlawful activity.
13. Data Accuracy and Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for determining the appropriate treatment of your transactions and records.
MultiBiz Ledger cannot independently verify every:
- transaction;
- uploaded receipt;
- category;
- deduction;
- tax treatment;
- account balance;
- business classification;
- vendor;
- financial statement;
- imported record; or
- document.
Before filing taxes, making financial decisions, applying for credit, submitting reports, responding to an audit, or relying materially on the information, you should have the records reviewed by an appropriate professional when necessary.
14. Availability and Changes to the Service
We work to provide a dependable Service, but no software platform can guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Service may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security events, third-party provider outages, financial institution outages, internet failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue functionality as MultiBiz Ledger develops.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary because of:
- nonpayment;
- suspected fraud;
- misuse;
- unauthorized access;
- security threats;
- violation of these Terms;
- legal obligations; or
- activity that threatens MultiBiz Ledger or other users.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when appropriate.
You may stop using MultiBiz Ledger and request account deletion subject to applicable data-retention requirements.
16. Intellectual Property
MultiBiz Ledger, including its software, interfaces, branding, designs, workflows, documentation, original content, and related intellectual property, belongs to Ullumi Resolutia Enterprise, LLC or its licensors.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your authorized access period.
They do not transfer ownership of MultiBiz Ledger's intellectual property to you.
Your User Content remains yours as described above.
17. Third-Party Services
MultiBiz Ledger relies on third-party services for portions of its functionality.
These may include infrastructure, financial connectivity, subscription billing, email delivery, document processing, error monitoring, analytics, and related services.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and security practices.
We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our reasonable control, although we remain responsible for selecting and managing our service providers as required by applicable law.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultiBiz Ledger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for every accounting, tax, compliance, audit, lending, or financial purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ullumi Resolutia Enterprise, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
This includes losses resulting from business decisions made using incorrect, incomplete, or unreviewed financial information.
Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by the MultiBiz Ledger Privacy Policy.
Financial-data access is also subject to the permissions you grant through the applicable financial connectivity provider.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as MultiBiz Ledger develops or as laws, providers, or business practices change.
When a material change is made, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or through another reasonable method.
The "Last Updated" date will identify the most recent version.
Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
