MultiBiz Ledger provides tools for organizing sensitive business and financial records. Protecting that information is central to how the Service is designed.

This Privacy Policy explains how Ullumi Resolutia Enterprise, LLC, operating MultiBiz Ledger, collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, application, and related services.

Depending on how you use MultiBiz Ledger, we may collect:

Account Information

Your name, email address, account identifiers, authentication information, preferences, subscription status, and similar account information.

Business Information

Business names, entity information, bookkeeping settings, account categories, financial periods, notes, and information you enter about businesses you manage.

Financial Information

When you manually enter, upload, import, or authorize access to financial information, we may process:

• transaction amounts and dates;
• merchant or payee information;
• account names and account types;
• balances;
• transaction descriptions;
• financial institution information;
• income and expense information;
• statement data; and
• other financial records necessary to provide requested functionality.

Connected Financial Account Information

If you choose to use Stripe Financial Connections, Stripe may allow you to authorize access to supported financial data such as transaction history, balances, account information, and ownership information.

We only request or use financial-account data needed for enabled MultiBiz Ledger functionality.

We do not use connected financial-account data for behavioral advertising.

Documents and OCR Information

We may process receipts, invoices, statements, reports, PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and other uploaded documents.

Information extracted using OCR or similar technology may also be stored within your business workspace.

Billing Information

When you purchase a paid subscription, billing and transaction information may be processed by Creem or another payment provider.

Creem may act as Merchant of Record for subscription purchases and therefore independently process information needed for payments, invoicing, tax compliance, refunds, and chargebacks.

We generally receive transaction and subscription information necessary to manage your MultiBiz Ledger account rather than complete card credentials.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect information such as:

• IP address;
• browser and device type;
• operating system;
• login times;
• application activity;
• pages or features accessed;
• error and diagnostic information;
• security events; and
• cookie or similar technology information.

Communications

We may retain messages, support requests, feedback, and other communications you send us.

We may use information to:

• provide MultiBiz Ledger;
• authenticate users;
• maintain separate business workspaces;
• enforce role and subscription permissions;
• process documents;
• perform OCR;
• import authorized financial records;
• categorize or match records;
• generate financial summaries and reports;
• provide exports;
• operate subscriptions;
• provide customer support;
• secure accounts;
• detect fraud and abuse;
• troubleshoot errors;
• improve functionality;
• communicate important account or service information;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• protect our users, company, and Service.

Connected or uploaded financial information is processed to provide functionality requested by you.

We do not sell bank-transaction information to data brokers.

We do not use financial transaction histories to build advertising profiles.

We do not intentionally use confidential business financial records for unrelated marketing purposes.

When you elect to connect a supported financial account, authentication and connectivity may be provided through Stripe Financial Connections.

Your authorization determines the categories of financial information available through the connection.

You may disconnect supported connections. After a disconnection, future refresh access may stop even though information that was previously imported into your bookkeeping workspace may remain as part of your business records until deleted or otherwise removed under our retention practices. Stripe similarly distinguishes between disconnected future access and data previously refreshed through Financial Connections.

Stripe's own privacy practices apply to information Stripe processes through its services.

We may disclose information to service providers only when reasonably necessary to operate MultiBiz Ledger.

These service providers may include companies providing:

• cloud hosting and database infrastructure;
• authentication;
• document storage;
• financial-account connectivity;
• OCR and document processing;
• subscription billing;
• payment processing;
• email delivery;
• security;
• analytics;
• error monitoring; and
• customer-support infrastructure.

Our current core infrastructure may include Supabase, financial connections may include Stripe Financial Connections, and subscription commerce may include Creem.

Supabase documents database row-level security features and encryption of hosted customer data at rest and in transit.

We may also disclose information where required to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets subject to appropriate privacy protections.

Information stored in a business workspace can be visible to other users whom the workspace Owner or authorized administrator has invited.

What an invited user can view or change depends on their assigned permissions and available features.

Workspace Owners and administrators are responsible for granting access only to authorized individuals.

MultiBiz Ledger does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

Depending on which website analytics, advertising, or cookie technologies are enabled, certain activities may qualify as "sharing" or targeted advertising under some U.S. state privacy laws.

Where applicable, we will provide required privacy controls and honor legally recognized opt-out mechanisms.

California law provides qualifying consumers with rights involving access, deletion, correction, sale/sharing opt-outs, and other privacy controls.

Where applicable, MultiBiz Ledger will also recognize valid Global Privacy Control signals as required by law.

MultiBiz Ledger may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for:

• authentication;
• session management;
• preferences;
• security;
• application functionality;
• analytics; and
• performance monitoring.

Essential cookies may be required for core application functionality.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed.

• role-based authorization;

• secure credential handling; and

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

If you believe your MultiBiz Ledger account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

When an account or record is deleted, certain information may temporarily remain in secure backups or be retained where required for legitimate legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.

You may request deletion of your MultiBiz Ledger account through available account controls or by contacting us.

Before requesting deletion, you should export any bookkeeping records you need to retain.

Deleting your MultiBiz Ledger account does not necessarily delete information independently maintained by third-party providers such as your payment provider or financial institution.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may allow you to request:

• access to personal information;
• correction;
• deletion;
• a copy or portability of information;
• restriction of certain processing;
• withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent;
• information regarding disclosure practices;
• an opt-out from sale or qualifying sharing;
• an opt-out from certain targeted advertising; or
• review of certain automated decisions where applicable.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Our providers and systems may process information in jurisdictions other than the jurisdiction where you live.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate mechanisms will be used for international transfers of personal information.

MultiBiz Ledger is designed for business and professional use and is not intended for children under 18.

We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children for creation of business bookkeeping accounts.

MultiBiz Ledger may link to third-party websites or services.

Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service, providers, practices, or legal obligations change.
