This Privacy Notice explains how Ullumi Resolutia Marketing, LLC ("we", "us", or "MultiBiz Ledger") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our bookkeeping application and related services (the "Service").

1. Who we are

Ullumi Resolutia Marketing, LLC, trading as MultiBiz Ledger, is the controller of the personal data processed through the Service. Contact us at privacy@multibizledger.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password credentials, display preferences.
  • Business data you upload: receipts, bank statements, invoices, transaction records, documents, and inventory information.
  • Usage & telemetry: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, log data, and feature usage.
  • Support communications: messages you send us.

3. Why we use it

  • To create and secure your account and deliver the Service (contract performance).
  • To provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
  • To improve the Service and develop new features (legitimate interests).
  • To send transactional notices (contract) and, with consent, marketing.

4. How we share data

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers / subprocessors that host, secure, and operate the Service (cloud hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring).
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates, our Merchant of Record, for sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, row-level security on tenant data, and private storage buckets. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Portability of data you provided.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@multibizledger.com. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30 days).
