Do I need accounting experience to use MultiBiz?▾
No. MultiBiz is built for business owners, not accountants. You upload receipts, review categories, and hand a clean packet to your CPA at year-end.
Can I manage multiple businesses in one account?▾
Yes. Each business gets its own workspace with separate books, categories, documents, and reports. You switch between them from one login.
Can I invite my CPA or bookkeeper?▾
Yes. Paid plans include role-based access so you can invite a bookkeeper, CPA, or teammate to the businesses they need, and nothing else.
Does MultiBiz replace my accountant?▾
No. MultiBiz organizes your records and prepares CPA-ready reports. It is not a CPA firm and does not provide tax, legal, audit, or financial advice.
What happens if I exceed OCR or storage limits?▾
You will see a friendly prompt to upgrade your plan or add an inexpensive add-on. Nothing is deleted and existing records stay accessible.
Can I export my reports and records?▾
Yes. Every paid plan supports PDF exports, and Organized and above include CSV and Excel exports plus the CPA packet builder.
How does billing and refunds work?▾
Paid plans are billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee through paddle.net.
Billing, taxes & refunds
